In almost all the training programs in attraction and seduction, the instructors always recommended to the students to have a clear image of the perfect girl-friend that they desired. The students were asked to describe the physical appearance and personality traits in great detail. The more detail they added the higher their chances of finding her.

The outline is simple, on one column you will see the Physical Appearance with a Weight next to it. On another column you will see Personality Traits with a Weight (1–5) next to it.
For every item in the column you place a Weight ( 1–5), 5 = Very Important and 1 = Least Important
When you some up the total you will see the Total Score on the bottom for each Column — Physical Appearance and Personality traits.
If the Total Score of Physical Appearance is higher than the Total Score of Personality Traits, it means you value Physical beauty over personality. And vice versa. You can change the items as you desire, however you should keep the same number of items for both columns — Physical Appearance and for Personality Traits.

Once you fill out the TUG outline, stick to it and save it on your phone. Always look and review it. The more clear you are in your items the more likely you will find your soul mate.
In the book, “Double Your Relationships”, the author attended boot camps on confidence and body language, one of the items on the outline was dark haired women. As part of the training he would go out in the field to approach and talk to women so he focused on women with dark hair. This process helped him focus on what he desired in a woman.

Monique can use the outline to narrow down what she is looking for in her ultimate soul mate. By nature some of us value physical appearance over personality, and vice versa — there is no right or wrong; each to his/her own preference. There are no guarantees but there are effective ways to reach your goal to find your soul mate. The seduction community proved it. This also follows the recommended principle of most self-help books, that is to always visualize your goals to the clearest details. If you read the book “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne, one of the chapters talks about how you should imagine that you found your ultimate life partner. The more you imagine and visualize their appearance, the more likely you will find them and reach your goal.
